Ethical Handling
Pre-Shipment Care
All specimens undergo mandatory protocols:
- 72-hour quarantine minimum
- Parasite/disease screening

Transportation Standards
Exceeding IATA Live Animals Regulations:
- Oxygen levels ≥8mg/L in shipping bags
- Ammonia neutralizers (Seachem Prime™)
- Temperature-stable packaging
- Darkened containers to reduce stress
Post-Delivery Protocol
Recipient responsibilities:
- Immediate unboxing (<1 hour)

Critical Policies
No Returns
Due to biosecurity risks and animal welfare laws, we cannot accept returns of live specimens under any circumstances.
Shipping Windows
Live shipments only depart Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays. See Shipping Policy.
Delivery Requirements
Someone must receive and unpack specimens immediately. Carriers will not hold packages containing live animals.
