Receiving Instructions
Immediate Inspection
Film unboxing from sealed package to specimen release (required for guarantee). Check for leaks or damage.

Acclimation Procedure
Float bags for 15 minutes, then gradual water mixing over 45+ minutes. Never pour shipping water into main tank.
Post-Arrival Care
No feeding for 24 hours. Monitor closely for 72 hours. Maintain low lighting.
