Important Notice
Due to international animal welfare regulations and quarantine restrictions, we cannot accept returns of live specimens. This policy applies to all aquatic animals without exception.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Coverage Terms
Our Live Arrival Guarantee provides store credit or replacement for specimens that arrive deceased, subject to:
- Unboxing video submitted within 1 hour of delivery
- First delivery attempt only (no redelivery claims)
- Proper acclimation procedures followed
Non-Live Product Returns
Equipment & Supplies
30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
Excludes custom-built aquariums
Medications & Chemicals
Non-returnable once opened due to safety regulations.
Defective sealed items may be exchanged.
Apparel & Merchandise
14-day return window for unworn items with tags attached.
Customer pays return shipping.
Refund Process
Approval Required
Email returns@luxuryfishshop.com with photos/video and original order number.
Return Authorization
If approved, we'll provide a RMA number and shipping instructions.
Unauthorized returns will be refused
Refund Processing
Refunds issued within 5 business days of receiving returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
